Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a honeycomb body for exhaust gas aftertreatment and to a method for producing a honeycomb body for exhaust gas aftertreatment. The honeycomb body (1) has a housing (2) and a honeycomb structure (3) having a plurality of channels (4), the honeycomb structure (3) being formed with at least one at least partially structured layer (5) and with at least one smooth layer (6). A cross-section (7) of the honeycomb structure (3) has radial zones (8, 9), the at least one smooth layer (6) being formed and positioned such that, in at least one axial section (10) of the honeycomb structure (3), a first cell density (11) in an inner radial zone (8) is greater than a second cell density (12) in an outer radial zone (9).
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps en nid d'abeilles pour le post-traitement des gaz d'échappement, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un corps en nid d'abeilles pour le post-traitement des gaz d'échappement. Le corps en nid d'abeilles (1) comprend un logement (2) et une structure en nid d'abeilles (3) présentant une pluralité de canaux (4). La structure en nid d'abeilles (3) est formée d'au moins une couche (5) au moins en partie structurée et d'au moins une couche lisse (6). Une section transversale (7) de la structure en nid d'abeilles (3) présente des zones radiales (8, 9). La ou les couches lisses (6) sont réalisées et positionnées de telle sorte que, dans au moins une partie axiale (10) de la structure en nid d'abeilles (3), une première densité cellulaire (11) dans une zone radiale intérieure (8) est supérieure à une deuxième densité cellulaire (12) dans une zone radiale extérieure (9).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wabenkörper zur Abgasnachbehandlung, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wabenkörpers zur Abgasnachbehandlung. Der Wabenkörper (1) weist ein Gehäuse (2) und eine Wabenstruktur (3) mit einer Vielzahl von Kanälen (4) auf, wobei die Wabenstruktur (3) mit mindestens einer, zumindest teilweise, strukturierten Lage (5) und mit mindestens einer Glattlage (6) gebildet ist, wobei ein Querschnitt (7) der Wabenstruktur (3) radiale Zonen (8, 9) aufweist, wobei die mindestens eine Glattlage (6) so ausgeführt und positioniert ist, dass in mindestens einem axialen Abschnitt (10) der Wabenstruktur (3) eine erste Zelldichte (11) in einer inneren radialen Zone (8) im Vergleich zu einer zweiten Zelldichte (12) in einer äußeren radialen Zone (9) erhöht ist.
