Abstract
(DE) Die Präsenz eines stationären Objekts soll zuverlässig erkannt werden. Dazu wird eine Präsenzdetektionsvorrichtung zum Detektieren einer Präsenz eines Objekts in ihrer Umgebung bereitgestellt, die eine Bewegungsdetektionseinheit (2) zum Detektieren einer anfänglichen Bewegung des Objekts in der Umgebung der Präsenzdetektionsvorrichtung und zum Ausgeben eines Bewegungssignals in Abhängigkeit von dem Detektieren sowie eine Steuerungseinheit (3) zum Erzeugen eines Aktivierungssignals in Abhängigkeit von dem Bewegungssignal aufweist. Darüber hinaus besitzt die Präsenzdetektionsvorrichtung eine Kamera (4), die mit dem Aktivierungssignal aktivierbar ist, zum Gewinnen eines Videosignals von der Umgebung der Präsenzdetektionsvorrichtung und eine Auswerteeinheit (4) zum Erzeugen eines Präsenzsignals betreffend die Präsenz des Objekts durch Auswerten des Videosignals.
(EN) The presence of a stationary object should be detected in a reliable manner. For this purpose, a presence-detection device is provided for detecting the presence of an object in its surroundings, said device having a movement-detection unit (2) for detecting an initial movement of the object in the surroundings of the presence-detection device and for outputting a movement signal in dependence on detection, and having a control unit (3) for generating an activating signal in dependence on the movement signal. Furthermore, the presence-detection device has a camera (4), which can be activated by the activating signal, for retrieving a video signal from the surroundings of the presence-detection device, and also has an evaluating unit (4) for generating a presence signal relating to the presence of the object by evaluation of the video signal.
(FR) La présence d’un objet stationnaire doit être détectée de manière fiable. Pour cela, il est prévu un dispositif de détection de présence (2) destiné à détecter dans son environnement la présence d’un objet, lequel dispositif de détection de présence comporte une unité de détection de mouvement (2), destinée à détecter un début de mouvement de l’objet dans l’environnement du dispositif de détection de présence et à délivrer un signal de mouvement en fonction de la détection, et une unité de commande (3) destiné à générer un signal d’activation en fonction du signal de mouvement. Le dispositif de détection de présence comporte en outre une caméra (4) activable avec le signal d’activation pour acquérir un signal vidéo provenant du dispositif de détection de présence et une unité d’évaluation (4) destiné à générer un signal de présence de l’objet en évaluant le signal vidéo.
