Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for laser beam GMA hybrid welding for undetachably joining two or more components made of a high-strength steel, wherein the region around the joining point is inductively heated to 100 °C to 300 °C, preferably a method for defense use, wherein the region around the joining is heated up to 150 °C to a maximum of 200 °C.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de soudage hybride laser/MIG-MAG destiné à l’assemblage fixe d’au moins deux éléments structuraux en acier haute résistance, la zone autour du point de soudure étant chauffée par induction à une température comprise entre 100°C et 300°C, de préférence un procédé destiné à une application en génie militaire, le chauffage autour du point d’assemblage s’élevant à une température de 150°C à maximum 200°C.
(DE) Laserstrahl-MSG-Hybrid-Schweißverfahren zum unlösbaren Fügen zweier oder mehreren Bauteilen aus einem hochfesten Stahl, wobei der Bereich um die Fügestelle herum auf 100°C bis 300°C induktiv aufgewärmt wird, vorzugsweise ein Verfahren für einen wehrtechnischen Einsatz, wobei die Erwärmung um die Fügestelle herum auf 150°C bis max. 200°C erfolgt.
