Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for welding cold-rolled narrow strips (5) in the form of flat wire or profiles of a TWIP steel, in particular for use in flexible pipes (1), in particular in flexible pipes (1) for offshore applications, in which the ends (7) of the portions of the narrow strip (5) that are to be welded are formed as bevelled in relation to the main direction of loading (8) of the narrow strip (5) and are arranged so as to match one another, and the weld seam (9) is created by a fusion welding method with a relatively small melting zone and/or a relatively low welding temperature. Likewise proposed is a cold-rolled narrow strip (5) in the form of flat wire or profiles of a TWIP steel, in particular for use in flexible pipes (1), in particular in flexible pipes (1) for offshore applications, in which the narrow strips (5) to be welded have ends (7) that are respectively made to match one another and are formed as bevelled in relation to the main direction of loading (8) of the narrow strip (5).
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de soudage de bandes étroites (5) laminées à froid sous forme de fil plat ou de profilés en acier TWIP, destinées à être utilisées en particulier dans des tubes flexibles (1), en particulier dans des tubes flexibles (1) pour applications offshore, procédé dans lequel les extrémités (7) des parties à souder de la bande étroite (5) sont biseautées par rapport à la direction de contrainte principale (8) de la bande étroite (5) et disposées de façon à s’ajuster l’une à l’autre et le cordon de soudure (9) est réalisé par un procédé de soudage par fusion avec une zone de fusion relativement petite et/ou une température de soudage relativement basse. De même, il est proposé une bande étroite (5) laminée à froid sous forme de fil plat ou de profilés en acier TWIP, destinée à être utilisée notamment dans des tubes flexibles (1), en particulier dans des tubes flexibles (1) pour applications offshore, dans laquelle les bandes étroites à souder (5) comportent chacune des extrémités (7) qui sont ajustées l’une à l’autre et biseautées par rapport à la direction de contrainte principale (8) de la bande étroite (5).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verschweißen kaltgewalzter Schmalbänder (5) in Form von Flachdraht oder Profilen aus einem TWIP-Stahl, insbesondere für den Einsatz in flexiblen Rohren (1), insbesondere in flexiblen Rohren (1) für Offshore-Anwendungen, bei dem die Enden (7) der zu verschweißenden Abschnitte des Schmalbandes (5) relativ zur Hauptbelastungsrichtung (8) des Schmalbandes (5) abgeschrägt ausgebildet und zueinander passend angeordnet werden und die Schweißnaht (9) durch ein Schmelzschweißverfahren mit einer relativ kleinen Aufschmelzzone und/oder einer relativ geringen Schweißtemperatur ausgeführt wird. Ebenfalls wird ein kaltgewalztes Schmalband (5) in Form von Flachdraht oder Profilen aus einem TWIP-Stahl, insbesondere für den Einsatz in flexiblen Rohren (1), insbesondere in flexiblen Rohren (1) für Offshore-Anwendungen, vorgeschlagen, bei dem die zu verschweißenden Schmalbänder (5) jeweils zueinander passende, zur Hauptbelastungsrichtung (8) des Schmalbandes (5) abgeschrägt ausgebildete Enden (7) aufweisen.
