Abstract:
A gene editing method for efficiently and precisely repairing a gene point mutation. Based on different fixed-point cutting capabilities on a genome DNA during the combination of nuclease with sgRNA of different lengths, by using a targeting transcriptional control factor in an auxiliary way, the homologous recombination reaction efficiency is obviously improved, and the accurate gene mutation repair can be accurately and efficiently performed or an exogenous gene can be transferred into a targeted genome. A composition for gene editing, a coupling molecule between an RNA aptamer sequence and ssgRNA, and uses thereof in gene editing.
