The present invention relates to the field of lithium ion batteries. Provided are an acrylonitrile copolymer adhesive and use of same in a lithium ion battery. The invention addresses a technical problem by providing an acrylonitrile copolymer adhesive comprising, by weight percent, the following structural units: 78-95% of an acrylonitrile unit; 1-10% of an acrylic unit; and 2-15% of an acrylamide unit. The adhesive uses an acrylonitrile monomer as the principal part, and performs copolymerization by adding, to an acrylonitrile, an acrylic monomer, an acrylamide monomer with strong polarity, or an acrylate monomer. The invention thereby imparts to a polymer film flexibility, electrolyte affinity and appropriate swellability in an electrolyte while maintaining strong adhesion and intermolecular forces of an acrylonitrile polymer molecule so as to accommodate a cyclic change in the volume of an active electrode material in a charge/discharge process due to lithium ion embedding/escaping, thereby increasing the energy density and cycle performance of a lithium ion battery.

La présente invention concerne le domaine des batteries au lithium-ion. L'invention concerne un adhésif copolymère d'acrylonitrile et son utilisation dans une batterie au lithium-ion. L'invention traite un problème technique en fournissant un adhésif copolymère d'acrylonitrile comprenant, en pourcentage en poids, les unités structurales suivantes: 78 à 95 % d'une unité acrylonitrile; 1 à 10 % d'une unité acrylique; et 2 à 15 % d'une unité acrylamide. L'adhésif utilise un monomère d'acrylonitrile en tant que partie principale, et effectue une copolymérisation par addition, à un acrylonitrile, d'un monomère acrylique, d'un monomère d'acrylamide à forte polarité, ou d'un monomère d'acrylate. L'invention confère ainsi une flexibilité à un film polymère, une affinité avec un électrolyte et une aptitude au gonflement appropriée dans un électrolyte tout en maintenant une forte adhérence et des forces intermoléculaires d'une molécule de polymère d'acrylonitrile de façon à adapter un changement cyclique dans le volume d'un matériau d'électrode active dans un processus de charge/décharge en raison de l'incorporation/ l'échappement d'ions lithium, ce qui permet d'augmenter la densité d'énergie et les performances de cycle d'une batterie au lithium-ion.
