Title: ULTRASONIC ATOMIZING SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, ULTRASONIC ATOMIZER, AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE
Abstract:
An ultrasonic atomizing sheet and a manufacturing method therefor, an ultrasonic atomizer, and an electronic cigarette. The ultrasonic atomizing sheet comprises a ceramic substrate (104) provided with an upper silver layer (103) on the upper surface thereof and a lower silver layer (105) on the lower surface thereof. The ceramic substrate (104), the upper silver layer (103), and the lower silver layer (105) form a piezoelectric ceramic (106). The upper surface of the piezoelectric ceramic (106) is provided with a glass glaze (102) used for protecting the upper silver layer (103). The upper surface of the glass glaze (102) is provided with an e-liquid adsorption layer (107) to form a piezoelectric ceramic component. The e-liquid adsorption layer (107) is used for adsorbing and transferring an e-liquid. The e-liquid adsorption layer (107) and an ultrasonic atomizing sheet body are integrated, so that contact between the ultrasonic atomizing sheet and the e-liquid is better during an electronic cigarette assembling process, thereby improving the atomization effect.
