Abstract:
A CMOS inverter, comprising a first selector (100), a second selector (200), as well as a first transistor (T1), a second transistor (T2), a third transistor (T3), and a fourth transistor (T4) which are separately connected to an input end of a CMOS inverter by means of gates. Drains of the first transistor (T1), the second transistor (T2), the third transistor (T3), and the fourth transistor (T4) are all connected to an output end of the CMOS inverter. Sources of the first transistor (T1) and the third transistor (T3) are correspondingly connected to a first output end and a second output end of the first selector (100), respectively. Sources of the second transistor (T2) and the fourth transistor (T4) are correspondingly connected to a first output end and a second output end of the second selector (200), respectively. Both the first selector (100) and the second selector (200) are connected with a first control signal and a second control signal which are opposite in phase, and are connected to the input end. By using the CMOS inverter, the degradation of transistors can be reduced, and the service life of devices can be improved.
