Abstract:
(EN) A system for the separation and detection of inorganic anions in a sample, the system comprising: • a separation channel with an inner coating of three or more alternating layers of a cationic polymer (e.g. hexadimethine bromide) and an anionic polymer (e.g. polystyrene sulfonate), wherein the first layer and the final layer are cationic polymer layers; • a detector for detecting inorganic anions that pass through a detection zone of the separation channel; • an injection system for injecting fluids including sample solutions and background electrolyte into an inlet end of the separation channel; wherein the background electrolyte comprises polyethyleneimine. Also described are corresponding methods, separation capillaries and cartridges for use in the system.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de séparation et de détection d'anions inorganiques dans un échantillon, le système comprenant : • un canal de séparation avec un revêtement intérieur de trois couches alternées ou plus d'un polymère cationique (par exemple du bromure d'hexadiméthine) et d'un polymère anionique (par exemple du polystyrène sulfonate), où la première couche et la couche finale sont des couches polymères cationiques ; • un détecteur pour détecter des anions inorganiques qui passent à travers une zone de détection du canal de séparation ; • un système d'injection pour injecter des fluides comprenant des solutions d'échantillon et un électrolyte de fond dans une extrémité d'entrée du canal de séparation ; où l'électrolyte de fond comprend de la polyéthylèneimine. La présente invention concerne également des procédés correspondants, des capillaires de séparation et des cartouches destinés à être utilisés dans le système.
