(EN)The present invention relates to a graphene nanosensor for detecting a target RNA which can simply, quickly, and accurately detect a disease-specific overexpressed RNA biomarker, and an expression level thereof in living tissues or cells; can produce results of high reliability and resolution; and can enable rapid disease diagnosis and help quickly determine therapy. The present invention can quickly and simply detect a target RNA with high sensitivity in tissue section inspection at a low cost. Thus, the present invention is expected to have excellent effects in clinical use, and thus can replace FISH.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un nanocapteur en graphène pour détecter un ARN cible, qui peut simplement, rapidement et avec précision, détecter un biomarqueur d'ARN surexprimé spécifique à une maladie et un niveau d'expression correspondant dans des tissus ou des cellules vivant(e)s ; qui peut produire des résultats de haute fiabilité et résolution ; et qui peut permettre un diagnostic de maladie rapide et contribuer à une détermination rapide d'une thérapie. La présente invention permet de détecter rapidement et simplement un ARN cible avec une sensibilité élevée lors de l'inspection d'une section de tissu à un faible coût. Ainsi, il est attendu que la présente invention présente d'excellents effets lors de l'utilisation clinique et peut donc remplacer la FISH (hybridation in situ en fluorescence).
(KO)본 발명은 질환 특이적으로 과발현하는 RNA 바이오마커 및 이의 발현량을 살아있는 조직 또는 세포에서 간편, 신속 및 정확하게 검출할 수 있으며, 높은 신뢰도 및 해상도의 결과물을 얻을 수 있으며, 빠른 질환진단이 가능하고 신속한 치료방침을 결정하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는, 표적 RNA 검출용 그래핀나노센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 조직 절편 검사에서 빠르고 간편하고 저비용으로 표적 RNA를 고민감도로 검출할 수 있고, 따라서 임상에 활용 시 우수한 효과를 기대할 수 있어 FISH를 대체할 수 있다.
