Title: GRAPHENE NANOSENSOR FOR DETECTING TARGET RNA
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a graphene nanosensor for detecting a target RNA which can simply, quickly, and accurately detect a disease-specific overexpressed RNA biomarker, and an expression level thereof in living tissues or cells; can produce results of high reliability and resolution; and can enable rapid disease diagnosis and help quickly determine therapy. The present invention can quickly and simply detect a target RNA with high sensitivity in tissue section inspection at a low cost. Thus, the present invention is expected to have excellent effects in clinical use, and thus can replace FISH.
