Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a heterogeneous catalyst, which is an alcohol carbonylation catalyst and comprises a carbon nitride support, rhodium and palladium, wherein the rhodium and the palladium are dispersed and located inside the carbon nitride network; a preparing method therefor; an acetic acid preparation method using the same; and acetic acid prepared by the method. When using the heterogeneous catalyst of the present invention, conventional activity such as the conversion rate of methanol and the selectivity for acetic acid can be maintained while remarkably reducing the amount of rhodium, which is a noble metal contained in the catalyst, compared with a conventional process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un catalyseur hétérogène, qui est un catalyseur de carbonylation d'alcool et comprend un support de nitrure de carbone, du rhodium et du palladium, le rhodium et le palladium étant dispersés et situés à l'intérieur du réseau de nitrure de carbone; un procédé de préparation associé; un procédé de préparation d'acide acétique l'utilisant; et de l'acide acétique préparé par le procédé. Lorsqu'on utilise le catalyseur hétérogène de la présente invention, on peut maintenir une activité classique telle que le taux de conversion du méthanol et la sélectivité pour l'acide acétique tout en réduisant de manière remarquable la quantité de rhodium, qui est un métal noble contenu dans le catalyseur, par rapport à un procédé classique.
(KO) 본 발명은 알코올 카르보닐화 촉매로서, 상기 촉매는 카본 나이트라이드 지지체 및 로듐 및 팔라듐이 함유하되, 상기 로듐 및 팔라듐은 상기 카본 나이트라이드 네트워크 내부에 분산되어 위치하는 것인, 불균일계 촉매, 그의 제조방법, 이를 이용한 아세트산의 제조방법 및 그의 방법으로 제조된 아세트산에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 불균일계 촉매를 사용하면, 기존의 공정 대비 촉매에 포함되는 귀금속인 로듐의 양을 획기적으로 감소시키면서도 기존의 메탄올 전환율과 아세트산에 대해 선택도 등의 활성을 유지할 수 있다.
