The present invention relates to a composite torque sensor having a wheel steering angle detection means mounted together with a torque amount detection means for a conventional steering system, so as to improve the reliability of detection of a steering angle for preventing a rollover accident. The present invention relates to the composite torque sensor comprising: a housing in which an input shaft, which is connected to a steering wheel, and an output shaft, which is connected to a steering shaft of a wheel and coupled to the input shaft, are arranged; the torque amount detection means including a controller, which detects the torque amount of the input shaft and the output shaft so as to control the rotational direction of the wheel; and a steering angle detection means for controlling the rotational angle of the wheel while being coupled to the housing and the torque amount detection means, wherein the steering angle detection means comprises: a worm gear formed on the outer peripheral surface of the output shaft; a worm wheel rotating while engaging with the upper part of the worm gear; a bracket allowing a rotary shaft of the worm wheel to be coupled to the front end thereof so as to support the same; a permanent magnet fixed to the front end of one side of the worm wheel; and an angle sensor connected to a second PCB substrate by an electrical circuit so as to enable the amount of rotation of the output shaft to be transmitted to a detection part, while disposed so as to be adjacent to the permanent magnet, and the amount of rotation of the output shaft is proportionally outputted from an angle-measuring angle sensor and an outputted signal is converted and outputted through a microcomputer provided in a controller, such that the rotational angle of the wheel is obtained and controlled.
