(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an iron alloy by using an iron-gadolinium binary alloy as an deoxidizer in order to prevent the casting of an iron alloy having weak mechanical properties due to nonmetallic inclusion occurring during the casting of the iron alloy, wherein the gadolinium content in the iron-gadolinium binary alloy is 75-85 wt%, and the iron-gadolinium binary alloy content to be contained as a deoxidizer is 0.05-0.15 wt%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un alliage de fer à l'aide d'un alliage binaire fer/gadolinium en tant que désoxydant afin d'empêcher la génération d'un alliage de fer ayant des propriétés mécaniques faibles en raison d'une inclusion non métallique pendant la coulée d'un alliage de fer à couler, la teneur en gadolinium dans l'alliage binaire fer/gadolinium allant de 75 à 85 % en poids, et la teneur en alliage binaire fer/gadolinium devant être contenue en tant que désoxydant allant de 0,05 à 0,15 % en poids.
