(EN)The present invention relates to a seamless frame transmission method for an Ethernet switch, comprising the steps of: allowing an Ethernet switch to generate a pointer for a frame transmitted from a transmission node of a trunk port connected to the Ethernet switch; allowing the Ethernet switch to generate a pointer value, having increased more than a point generated in the aforementioned step, for a new frame transmitted from the transmission node; allowing the Ethernet switch to receive a pointer and determine whether a reception node, which is a destination of a frame for the pointer, has been connected to the Ethernet switch; allowing the Ethernet switch to forward the frame to the reception node according to the determination that the reception node, which is the destination of the frame, is connected to the Ethernet switch; deleting a duplicated frame having the same pointer value as the frame; and allowing the Ethernet switch to flood the frame, by using a switch connected to the Ethernet switch, according to the determination that the reception node, which is the destination of the frame, is not connected to the Ethernet switch. Therefore, even when a malfunction occurs during transmission of a frame, a switch connected to a reception node delivers the frame to the reception node, which is the destination, and thus the reliability of delivery of the frame to the destination is guaranteed.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de transmission de trame sans discontinuité pour un commutateur Ethernet. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : permettre à un commutateur Ethernet de générer un pointeur pour une trame transmise à partir d'un nœud de transmission d'un port de jonction connecté au commutateur Ethernet ; permettre au commutateur Ethernet de générer une valeur de pointeur, ayant augmenté plus d'un point généré à l'étape susmentionnée, pour une nouvelle trame transmise à partir du nœud de transmission ; permettre au commutateur Ethernet de recevoir un pointeur et de déterminer si un nœud de réception, qui est une destination d'une trame pour le pointeur, a été connecté au commutateur Ethernet ; permettre au commutateur Ethernet de transmettre la trame au nœud de réception lorsqu’il est déterminé que le nœud de réception, qui est la destination de la trame, est connecté au commutateur Ethernet ; supprimer une trame dupliquée ayant la même valeur de pointeur que la trame ; et permettre au commutateur Ethernet d'inonder la trame, à l’aide d’un commutateur connecté au commutateur Ethernet, lorsqu’il est déterminé que le nœud de réception, qui est la destination de la trame, n’est pas connecté au commutateur Ethernet. Par conséquent, même lorsqu'un dysfonctionnement se produit durant la transmission d'une trame, un commutateur connecté à un nœud de réception délivre la trame au nœud de réception, qui est la destination, ce qui garantit la fiabilité de livraison de la trame à la destination.
