Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fine fiber manufacturing method and a fine fiber manufacturing apparatus, the fine fiber manufacturing method comprising: a step for discharging a fluid polymer compound from a discharge port provided in an extrusion device; a step for forming a fiber having a fiber diameter of 50 nm to 15 μm by spraying gas pressurized in a direction intersecting a direction in which the fluid polymer compound is discharged, onto the discharged fluid polymer compound, through an air nozzle including a temperature control member and a spinning-shaped nozzle or a De Laval nozzle; and a step for collecting the fiber by a collecting member provided in a gas spraying direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de fibre fine et un appareil de fabrication de fibre fine, le procédé de fabrication de fibre fine comprenant : une étape pour évacuer un composé de polymère fluide depuis un orifice d’évacuation disposé dans un dispositif d’extrusion ; une étape de formation d’une fibre ayant un diamètre de fibre de 50 nm à 15 µm par pulvérisation de gaz mis sous pression dans une direction coupant une direction dans laquelle le composé de polymère fluide est évacué, sur le composé de polymère fluide déchargé, par l’intermédiaire d’une buse à air comprenant un élément de régulation de température et une buse rotative ou une buse de Laval ; et une étape de collecte de la fibre par un élément de collecte disposé dans une direction de pulvérisation de gaz.
(JA) 押出し装置に備えられた吐出口から、流動性高分子化合物を吐出する工程と、温度制御部材及び紡錘形ノズル若しくはラバルノズル(De Laval nozzle)を備えた、エアノズルから、前記吐出された前記流動性高分子化合物に対し、流動性高分子化合物の吐出方向と交差する方向に加圧された気体を吹き付けて、繊維径が50nm~15μmのファイバーを形成する工程と、気体の吹き付け方向に備えられた捕集部材にて前記ファイバーを捕集する工程と、を有する微細繊維の製造方法及び微細繊維の製造装置。
