Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a production method for an L-amino acid such as L-lysine. An L-amino acid is produced by culturing, in a culture medium, bacteria having L-amino acid producing ability, bacteria that have been modified to have enhanced carotenoid biosynthesis enzyme activity, and collecting the L-amino acid from the culture medium.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un acide aminé L tel que L-lysine. Un acide L-aminé est produit par culture, dans un milieu de culture, de bactéries ayant une capacité de production d'acide L-aminé, les bactéries étant modifiées pour avoir L'activité d'enzyme de biosynthèse de caroténoïdes améliorée, et la collecte d'un acide L-aminé à partir du milieu de culture.
(JA) L-リジン等のL-アミノ酸の製造法を提供する。カロテノイド生合成酵素の活性が増大するように改変されたL-アミノ酸生産能を有する細菌を培地で培養し、該培地よりL-アミノ酸を採取することにより、L-アミノ酸を製造する。
