(EN) The present invention provides lactobacillus-containing chocolate and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the lactobacillus-containing chocolate contains live lactobacillus, and the average particle size of solid particles in said lactobacillus-containing chocolate is greater than 1 μm and less than 9 μm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne du chocolat contenant du lactobacillus et son procédé de fabrication, le chocolat contenant du lactobacillus contenant du lactobacillus vivant, et la taille moyenne des particules solides dans ledit chocolat contenant du lactobacillus étant supérieure à 1 µm et inférieure à 9 µm.
