Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a measurement system in which an antigen and an antibody react at a high reaction rate, and which allows a simplified B/F separation step to be performed. Provided is a method for detecting a substance to be detected, characterized by: bringing a) a first recognition substance which is bound to a fibrous substance, b) a second recognition substance which is labeled, and c) a substance to be detected (the first and second recognition substances are each capable of being bound to the substance to be detected) into contact with each other in a dispersed state so as to form a complex in which the above a, b, and c are bound together; separating said complex and an unbound portion of b from each other; and detecting the label of the obtained complex.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de mesure dans lequel un antigène et un anticorps réagissent à une vitesse de réaction élevée, et qui permet d'effectuer une étape de séparation formes liées/formes libres simplifiée. L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'une substance à détecter, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à : amener a) une première substance de reconnaissance qui est liée à une substance fibreuse, b) une seconde substance de reconnaissance qui est marquée, et c) une substance à détecter (les première et seconde substances de reconnaissance étant chacune capables d'être liées à la substance à détecter) en contact les unes avec les autres à l'état dispersé de manière à former un complexe dans lequel les substances a, b et c ci-dessus sont liées ensemble ; séparer ledit complexe et une partie non liée de b l'un de l'autre ; et détecter le marqueur du complexe obtenu.
(JA) 抗原抗体間の反応速度が高く、簡便なB/F分離工程を行うことができる測定系を提供する。 a)繊維状物質に結合させた第一の認識物質、 b)標識された第二の認識物質、及び c)検出対象物質 (但し、第一の認識物質と第二の認識物質は、いずれも検出対象物質と結合しうるもので ある)を分散状態で接触させ、 上述のa,b,及びcが結合した複合体を形成させ、 当該複合体と、結合しなかったbとを、分離し、 得られた当該複合体の標識を検出することを特徴とする、検出対象物質の検出方法。
