Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a means for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a size and capacity envisaging a higher capacity, which is capable of suppressing the occurrence of an internal short circuit, while improving the cycle durability of the battery. [Solution] A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which has an electric power generating element comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator that contains a resin film having a three-layer structure, and wherein the ratio of the rated capacity to the void volume of a positive electrode active material layer is 2.08 Ah/cc or more; the ratio of the battery area to the rated capacity is 7 cm2/Ah or more; the rated capacity is 50 Ah or more; and the value R of the separator expressed by formula 1 is 62-110. (In this regard, the average void diameter is 0.10-0.18 μm; the void fraction is 0.43-0.65; the air permeability is 140-305 seconds/100 ml; and the thickness is 11-25 μm.)
(FR) [Problème] Se munir d’un moyen pour obtenir une batterie auxiliaire à électrolyte non aqueux ayant une taille et une capacité permettant d’envisager une capacité supérieure, qui est capable de supprimer les apparitions de courts-circuits internes, tout en améliorant la durabilité du cycle de la batterie. [Solution] Une batterie auxiliaire à électrolyte non aqueux qui comporte un élément générateur d'énergie électrique comprenant une électrode positive, une électrode négative et un séparateur qui contient une pellicule de résine ayant une structure à trois couches, et où le rapport de la capacité nominale sur le volume de vide d'une couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive est de 2,08 Ah/cc ou plus ; le rapport entre la surface de la batterie et la capacité nominale est de 7 cm2/Ah ou plus ; la capacité nominale est de 50 Ah ou plus ; et la valeur R du séparateur exprimée par la formule 1 est de 62-110. (À cet égard, le diamètre de vide moyen est de 0,10 à 0,18 µm ; la fraction de vide est de 0,43 à 0,65 ; la perméabilité à l'air est de 140 à 305 secondes/100 ml ; et l'épaisseur est de 11 à 25 µm.)
