Title: PRODUCTION METHOD FOR CONDUCTIVE PATTERN-FORMING MEMBER
Abstract:
Provided is a production method for a conductive pattern-forming member that has suppressed generation of residue during dissolving and removal of a non-exposed section thereof, is formed upon a substrate, and has excellent resistance to ion migration between a conductive pattern and a photosensitive resin layer. The production method is for a conductive pattern-forming member formed upon a substrate and having at least 80% of conductive particles therein having a particle diameter of 0.3-2.0 µm. The production method comprises: a coating step in which a composition C is coated upon the surface of a transparent electrode layer B and a layer A comprising a resin (a) having a carboxyl group and a coated film C is obtained, said composition C containing conductive particles and a resin (c) having a double bond and a carboxyl group; a drying step in which the coated film C is dried and a dried film C is obtained; an exposure step in which the dried film C is exposed and an exposed film C is obtained; a developing step in which the exposed film C is developed and a pattern C is obtained; and a curing step in which the pattern C is cured and a conductive pattern C is obtained.
