Abstract:
(EN) A tire vulcanization mold according to an embodiment is equipped with a sector 13 which is split in the tire circumferential direction and molds the tire tread section 1, and a pair of upper and lower side plates 11, 12 which mold the tire sidewall section 2. The mold-splitting lines 16a, 17a formed between the sector 13 and the pair of upper and lower side plates 11, 12 are located on the tread section 1, and are set so as to pass through curvature points 8c of the tread section 1 surface design.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un moule de vulcanisation de pneu équipé d'un secteur (13) qui est divisé dans la direction circonférentielle du pneu et qui moule la section de bande de roulement de pneu (1), et d'une paire de plaques latérales supérieure et inférieure (11, 12) qui moulent la section de flanc de pneu (2). Les lignes de division de moule (16a, 17a) formées entre le secteur (13) et la paire de plaques latérales supérieure et inférieure (11, 12) sont situées sur la section de bande de roulement (1), et sont déterminées de manière à passer par des points de courbure (8c) de la conception de surface de la section de bande de roulement (1).
(JA) 実施形態に係るタイヤ加硫金型は、タイヤのトレッド部1を成型するタイヤ周方向に分割されたセクタ13と、タイヤのサイドウォール部2を成型する上下一対のサイドプレート11,12と、を備えたものである。セクタ13と上下一対のサイドプレート11,12とで形成される金型分割線16a,17aは、トレッド部1に位置し、かつ、トレッド部1における表面意匠の屈曲点8cを通るように設定されている。
