Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electrically conductive contact element (1) for an electrical connector (3) which has a contact surface (5) and an electrical connector (3) which has such a contact element (1). The invention further relates to methods for enclosing an auxiliary material (9) under the contact surface (5) of an electrically conductive contact element (1) for an electrical connector (3). In order to provide an improved contact element (3) which can be used reliably over the long term, the contact element (1) according to the invention has caverns (7) filled with an auxiliary material (9)which are arranged under the contact surface (5) in a microstructure (11). The method according to the invention solves this problem by the following steps: forming a microstructure (11) at the contact surface (5), applying the auxiliary material (9) onto the contact surface (5), enclosing the auxiliary material (9) in the microstructure (11).
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de contact (1) électro-conducteur pour un connecteur électrique (3) présentant une surface de contact (5) et un connecteur électrique (3) comportant un tel élément de contact (1). L'invention concerne en outre des procédés pour enfermer un matériau auxiliaire (9) sous la surface de contact (5) d'un élément de contact (1) électro-conducteur pour un connecteur électrique (3). Afin d'obtenir un élément de contact amélioré (3) pouvant être utilisé de manière fiable sur le long terme, l'élément de contact (1) selon l'invention,contient des cavernes (7) qui sont remplies d'un matériau auxiliaire (9) et qui sont disposées sous la surface de contact (5) dans une microstructure (11). Le procédé selon l'invention résout ce problème par les étapes suivantes : formation d'une microstructure (11) au niveau de la surface de contact (5), application du matériau auxiliaire (9) sur la surface de contact (5), enfermement du matériau auxiliaire (9) dans la microstructure (11).
