Title: CATALYST FOR SYNTHESIZING DIMETHYL CARBONATE BY OXIDATIVE CARBONYLATION OF LIQUID PHASE METHANOL AND METHOD
Abstract:
A catalyst for synthesizing dimethyl carbonate by oxidative carbonylation of liquid phase methanol and preparation method. The catalyst comprising: a copper halide and an ionic liquid. The mass ratio of the copper halide to the ionic liquid is 1:(1-10). Cations of the ionic liquid are imidazole type, quaternary ammonium salt type and pyridine type, and a cation is a halogen ion. The catalyst has a high methanol conversion rate and a high dimethyl carbonate selectivity, thereby having prospects for industrial application. In addition, adding the ionic liquid may ease corrosion of a stainless steel reaction device.
