Title: PIXEL COMPENSATION CIRCUIT, DISPLAY PANEL, DISPLAY DEVICE, AND COMPENSATION AND DRIVE METHODS
Abstract:
A pixel compensation circuit, a display panel, a display device, an area compensation method, and a drive method, the pixel compensation circuit (100) comprising a compensation and drive circuit (110) and a signal collection circuit (120) connected to the compensation and drive circuit (110). The compensation and drive circuit (110) comprises a drive transistor and an organic light emitting diode, the compensation and drive circuit (110) being configured to receive a light emission data signal, to compensate a threshold voltage of the drive transistor, and to drive the organic light emitting diode to emit light on the basis of the light emission data signal; the signal collection circuit (120) is configured to collect the gate electrode voltage of the drive transistor. By means of collecting the gate electrode voltage of the drive transistor in the pixel compensation circuit and, on the basis of said voltage, compensating a peripheral non-compensated pixel circuit, threshold voltage compensation is thereby implemented. The present set-up decreases the amount of compensation and drive circuits and reduces the panel area occupied by the drive circuit, and therefore facilitates improvement of the physical resolution of the display panel.
