(EN)Provided are a mycobacterium neoaurum, a ketosteroid C27-monooxygenase derived from mycobacterium neoaurum, and application of the ketosteroid C27-monooxygenase. By adding expressions of SMO isoenzyme SMO1, SMO2 and/or SMO3 to mycobacterium neoaurum of high-yield androstenedione (ADD),the final yield of the ADD can be effectively improved.
(FR)L'invention concerne un mycobacterium neoaurum, une cétostéroïde C27-monooxygénase dérivée de mycobacterium neoaurum, et l'application de ladite cétostéroïde C27-monooxygénase. En ajoutant des expressions d'isoenzymes SMO que sont les SMO1, SMO2 et/ou SMO3 au mycobacterium neoaurum à haut rendement en androstènedione (ADD), le rendement final en ADD peut être efficacement amélioré.
