Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present invention are an access signal time-frequency resource allocation method, apparatus and communications system, the method comprising: a base station indicating a position of a time-frequency resource for sending an access signal by means of a control instruction and/or a broadcast message, said access signal being sent by means of identical signal numerology, by means of different signal numerology, or by means of a type of signal numerology. The method, apparatus or system of the embodiments of the present invention enable cell access when a user supports a different signal numerology.
