Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same, wherein the positive electrode active material comprises: a first positive electrode active material of a lithium nickel cobalt manganese-based oxide of chemical formula 1 below; and a second positive electrode active material of a lithium cobalt-based oxide of chemical formula 2 below, the average particle diameter (D50) of the first positive electrode active material being smaller than the average particle diameter (D50) of the second positive electrode active material. [Chemical formula 1] LiaNixCoyMnzM1kO2 (in chemical formula 1, 0.9 ≤ a ≤ 1.1, 0.3 ≤ x < 0.6, 0.05 ≤ y ≤ 0.4, 0.05 ≤ z ≤ 0.4, 0 ≤ k ≤ 0.04, x + y + z + k =1, M1 is K, Zr, W, Mg, Ti, Al, or a combination thereof.) [Chemical formula 2] Li1-uMguCoO2-tM2t (in chemical formula 2, 0 < u < 0.04, 0 ≤ t < 0.02, and M2 is F).
