Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugate for real-time fluorescent imaging of apoptosis, and a use thereof. By using the properties of an annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugate of the present invention, apoptotic cells can be detected at a high signal-to-noise ratio even without a washing step, and thus fluorescent detection of only those cells which are undergoing apoptosis may be performed with greater specificity. Moreover, when the annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugate of the present invention is used, real-time apoptosis fluorescent imaging analysis and three-dimensional apoptosis analysis, which are not achievable using typical annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugates, are made possible, analysis time is reduced during the mass screening of new drugs, and analysis efficiency may be greatly enhanced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un conjugué annexine V-colorant fluorescent pour l'imagerie par fluorescence en temps réel de l'apoptose, et son utilisation. Les propriétés du conjugué annexine V-colorant fluorescent selon la présente invention permettent de détecter des cellules apoptotiques à un rapport signal sur bruit élevé même sans étape de lavage, ce qui permet une plus grande spécificité de la détection par fluorescence des cellules subissant une apoptose. L'utilisation du conjugué annexine V-colorant fluorescent selon la présente invention permet par ailleurs une imagerie par fluorescence en temps réel et une analyse tridimensionnelle de l'apoptose qui ne sont pas possibles en utilisant des conjugués annexine V-colorant fluorescent types, elle permet aussi de raccourcir le délai d'analyse pendant le criblage de masse de nouveaux médicaments, et d'améliorer considérablement l'efficacité de l'analyse.
(KO) 본 발명은 실시간 세포자멸사 형광영상을 위한 아넥신 V-형광염료 결합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아넥신 V-형광염료 결합체의 특성을 이용하면, 세척과정 없이도 높은 신호-대-노이즈 비율(singal-to-noise ratio)로 자멸사 세포를 검출해 낼 수 있기 때문에, 자멸사를 겪고 있는 세포만을 더욱 특이적으로 형광 검출할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 아넥신 V-형광염료 결합체를 사용하는 경우, 기존의 아넥신 V-형광염료 결합체로는 달성할 수 없었던 실시간 세포자멸사 형광 영상 분석 및 3차원 형태의 세포 자멸사 분석이 가능하게 해줄 것이며, 대용량 신약 스크리닝에서의 분석 시간을 단축하고 및 분석 효율도 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.
