Abstract:

(EN)The present invention relates to a program for controlling a respiratory assistance device which performs ventilation assistance by being connected to a user's airway so as to regulate airway pressure, the program being characterized by: having a plurality of different respiratory assistance modes; and causing a computer to achieve an input accepting function, which accepts a setting input for the respiratory assistance modes while an air blower for supplying air to the user's airway is in operation, and a flow rate control function, which, in the case when the setting input is accepted by the input accepting function, controls the flow rate of the air blower by reflecting a result of the setting input. The present invention provides a respiratory assistance device which, by means of said program, allows a user to change settings so as to be able to select comfortable pressure and flow rate.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un programme de commande d'un dispositif d'assistance respiratoire qui assure une ventilation assistée en étant relié aux voies respiratoires de l'utilisateur de manière à réguler la pression dans les voies respiratoires, le programme étant caractérisé en ce qu'il présente plusieurs modes différents d'assistance respiratoire et en ce qu'il amène un ordinateur à mettre en œuvre une fonction d'acceptation de données, qui accepte des données de réglage pour les modes d'assistance respiratoire pendant le fonctionnement d'une soufflerie d'air amenant de l'air jusqu'aux voies respiratoires de l'utilisateur, et une fonction de commande de débit, qui, dans le cas où les données de réglage sont acceptées par la fonction d'acceptation de données, commande le débit de la soufflerie d'air sur la base d'un résultat des données de réglage. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'assistance respiratoire qui, au moyen dudit programme, permet à un utilisateur de changer les réglages de manière à pouvoir sélectionner une pression et un débit confortables.
(JA)使用者の気道に接続して、気道内圧力を調節することで、換気の補助をする呼吸補助装置を制御するプログラムであって、複数の相異なる呼吸補助モードを有し、使用者の気道へ送気する送風機の運転中に、呼吸補助モードの設定入力を受け付ける入力受付機能と、入力受付機能で設定入力を受け付ける場合、該設定入力の結果を反映させて送風機の流量を制御する流量制御機能とをコンピュータに実現させることを特徴とする。このようなプログラムを用いることにより使用者が設定を変更して、快適な圧力や流量を選択することができる呼吸補助装置を提供する。
