Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an interlayer film that is for colored laminated glasses, and that has, when being used to produce a laminated glass using two sheets of clear glass conforming to JIS R3202 (1996), a visible-light transmittance Tv of 5% or less, a small variation in visible-light transmittance between portions thereof, and superior aesthetic appearance; and a colored laminated glass using the interlayer film for colored laminated glasses. This interlayer film for colored laminated glasses has, when being used to produce a laminated glass using two sheets of clear glass conforming to JIS R3202 (1996), a visible-light transmittance Tv of 5% or less, wherein the interlayer film comprises a laminate having at least two layers including a first resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin and a coloring agent and a second resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin and not containing a coloring agent, and the ratio (Δt1/average thickness of first resin layer) of the difference Δt1 between the maximum value t1max and the minimum value t1min of the thickness of the first resin layer with respect to the average thickness of the first resin layer is 0.30 or less.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir : un film intermédiaire qui est destiné à des verres feuilletés colorés, et qui a, lorsqu'il est utilisé pour produire un verre feuilleté à l'aide de deux feuilles de verre transparent conformes à la norme JIS R3202 (1996), une transmittance de la lumière visible Tv de 5 % ou moins, une faible variation de la transmittance de la lumière visible entre des parties de celui-ci, et un aspect esthétique supérieur ; et un verre feuilleté coloré utilisant le film intermédiaire pour des verres feuilletés colorés. Ce film intermédiaire pour verres feuilletés colorés a, lorsqu'il est utilisé pour produire un verre feuilleté à l'aide de deux feuilles de verre transparent conformes à la norme JIS R3202 (1996), une transmittance de la lumière visible Tv de 5 % ou moins, le film intermédiaire comprenant un stratifié ayant au moins deux couches comprenant une première couche de résine contenant une résine thermoplastique et un agent colorant et une seconde couche de résine contenant une résine thermoplastique et ne contenant pas d'agent colorant, et le rapport (Δt1/épaisseur moyenne de la première couche de résine) de la différence Δt1 entre la valeur maximale t1max et la valeur minimale t1min de l'épaisseur de la première couche de résine par rapport à l'épaisseur moyenne de la première couche de résine est de 0,30 ou moins.
(JA) 本発明は、JIS R3202(1996)に準拠した2枚のクリアガラスを用いて合わせガラスを作製した際に、可視光線透過率Tvが5%以下でありながら、部位による可視光線透過率のばらつきが小さく、美観に優れる着色合わせガラス用中間膜、及び、該着色合わせガラス用中間膜を用いた着色合わせガラスを提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、JIS R3202(1996)に準拠した2枚のクリアガラスを用いて合わせガラスを作製した際に、可視光線透過率Tvが5%以下である着色合わせガラス用中間膜であって、熱可塑性樹脂と着色剤を含有する第1の樹脂層と、熱可塑性樹脂を含有し、着色剤を含有しない第2の樹脂層との少なくとも2層の積層体からなり、前記第1の樹脂層の厚みの最大値t1maxと厚みの最小値t1minの差Δtと、前記第1の樹脂層の平均厚みとの比(Δt/第1の樹脂層の平均厚み)が0.30以下である着色合わせガラス用中間膜である。
