Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an aluminum alloy sheet for magnetic disc substrates, etc. for which plating surface smoothness after plating layer formation is excellent and which can be produced at low cost. This aluminum alloy sheet for magnetic disc substrates has a composition containing, in mass%, Mg: 3.0-8.0%, Cu: 0.002-0.150%, Zn: 0.05-0.60%, Fe: 0.001-0.060%, Si: 0.001-0.060%, Be: 0.00001-0.00200%, Cr: 0.200% or less, Mn: 0.500% or less and Cl: 0.00300% or less, the balance being made of Al and unavoidable impurities. The density of Cr oxides with a maximum diameter of 3-10 µm observed in the metal structure is 1 or less per single side of the disc.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille d’alliage d’aluminium destinée à des substrats de disque magnétique, etc. dont le lissé de surface de placage après la formation d’une couche de placage est excellent et qui peut être produit à faible coût. Cette feuille d’alliage d’aluminium destinée à des substrats de disque magnétique présente une composition contenant, en % en masse, Mg : de 3,0 à 8,0 %, Cu : de 0,002 à 0,150 %, Zn : de 0,05 à 0,60 %, Fe : de 0,001 à 0,060 %, Si : de 0,001 à 0,060 %, Be : de 0,00001 à 0,00200 %, Cr : 0,200 % au maximum, Mn : 0,500 % au maximum et Cl : 0,00300 % au maximum, le reste étant du Al et des impuretés inévitables. La densité des oxydes de Cr ayant un diamètre maximal de 3 à 10 µm observés dans la structure métallique est de 1 au maximum par côté unique du disque.
