Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a channel structure (200) for a turbomachine, comprising the additive production of webs (2) from a first material on a main body (1), wherein the webs (2) are constructed on the main body (1) at a construction angle (α); the deposition of a second material on the webs (2) in such a way that a shadow region (4) between the webs (2) and the base body (1) that is defined by the webs (2), in each case remains free of the second material (3), and a heat treatment of a structure defined by the coated webs (2) such that the channel structure (200) is formed on the base body (1).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une structure conduit (200) pour une turbomachine, comprenant l’impression 3D de segments (2) réalisés dans un premier matériau sur un corps de base (1), les segments (2) étant façonnés avec un certain angle de construction (α) sur le corps de base (1), le deuxième matériau (3) étant déposé sur les segments (2) de manière telle qu’une zone d’ombre (4) définie entre les segments (2) et le corps de base (1) demeure respectivement exempte du deuxième matériau (3), et un traitement thermique d’une structure définie par les segments (2) dotés d’un revêtement de manière telle que la structure conduit (200) soit formée sur le corps de base (1).
