Abstract:
(EN) The invention related to a method for generating by a first device (330) a modified one-time password (303), the first device being operated by a user, the method comprising the steps of: providing a first one-time password OTP_P (303) generated by a generator (300) implemented by the first device and using a piece of data (302) as an input; providing by the user an authentication password (304); applying (305) a post-treatment function F which uses said one-time password OTP_P (303) and said authentication password (304) as inputs in order to generate as an output a modified one-time password M_OTP having the same format as OTP_P, the function F being chosen such that OTP_P is recoverable from said modified one-time password by applying the inverse function of F and if only the same authentication password as the one used for generating M_OTP is used as an input of said inverse function.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à la génération par un premier dispositif (330) d'un mot de passe à usage unique modifié (303), le premier dispositif étant actionné par un utilisateur, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à fournir un premier mot de passe à usage unique OTP_P (303) généré par un générateur (300) mis en œuvre par le premier dispositif et utilisant un élément de données (302) comme une entrée ; à fournir par l'utilisateur un mot de passe d'authentification (304) ; à appliquer (305) une fonction de post-traitement F qui utilise ledit mot de passe à usage unique OTP_P (303) et ledit mot de passe d'authentification (304) comme entrées afin de générer comme une sortie un mot de passe à usage unique modifié M_OTP présentant le même format que OTP_P, la fonction F étant choisie de sorte que OTP_P est récupérable à partir dudit mot de passe à usage unique modifié en appliquant la fonction inverse de F et si seulement le même mot de passe d'authentification que celui destiné à la génération de M_OTP est utilisé comme une entrée de ladite fonction inverse.
