Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a tool for connecting an electrical conductor (10), which is sheathed by way of an insulation (15), to an insulation-displacement terminal (11) which has at least two contact elements (12) which each form a conductor clamping slot (13) and are designed to make clamping contact with the electrical conductor (10), comprising a mating bearing element (17), which is designed to be placed against the contact elements (12), and also a stamp element (18), which is arranged such that it can move relative to the mating bearing element (17), wherein the stamp element (18) has receiving means (19) for holding and guiding the electrical conductor (10), which holding means are formed and designed to insert the electrical conductor (10) into the conductor clamping slots (13) when the stamp element (18) moves, relative to the mating bearing element (17), out of an application position to a clamping position, wherein the mating bearing element (17) has at least one supporting region (20) which is designed to come into contact with at least one bearing face (21), which is averted from the conductor clamping slot (13), of at least one of the contact elements (12) in the application position. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an insulation-displacement terminal for connecting the electrical conductor by means of said tool.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un outil destiné à raccorder un conducteur électrique (10) gainé avec un isolant (15) à une borne guillotine (11) qui comporte au moins deux éléments de contact (12) formant chacun une fente de serrage de conducteur (13) et adaptés pour venir en contact par serrage avec le conducteur électrique (10). L’outil comprend un élément de contre-appui (17) adapté pour venir s’appliquer sur les éléments de contact (12) et un élément de poinçonnement (18) disposé de manière mobile par rapport à l’élément de contre-appui (17). L’élément de poinçonnement (18) comprend des moyens de réception (19) destiné à maintenir et guider le conducteur électrique (10), lesquels moyens sont conçus et adaptés pour introduire le conducteur électrique (10) dans les fentes de serrage de conducteur (13) lorsque l’élément de poinçonnement (18) se déplace par rapport à l’élément de contre-appui (17) d’une position d’appui à une position de serrage. L’élément de contre-appui (17) comporte au moins une zone de support (21) qui est adaptée pour venir en appui dans la position d’appui avec au moins une surface d’appui (21), opposée à la fente de serrage de conducteur (13), d’au moins un des éléments de contact (12). En outre, la présente invention concerne une borne guillotine destinée à être raccordée au conducteur électrique au moyen dudit outil.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug zum Anschließen eines mit einer Isolierung (15) ummantelten elektrischen Leiters (10) an eine Schneidklemme (11), die mindestens zwei jeweils einen Leiterklemmschlitz (13) bildende und zur Klemmkontaktierung des elektrischen Leiters (10) eingerichtete Kontaktelemente (12) aufweist, umfassend ein zum Ansetzen an den Kontaktelementen (12) eingerichtetes Gegenlageelement (17) sowie ein relativ zu dem Gegenlageelement (17) bewegbar angeordnetes Stempelelement (18), wobei das Stempelelement (18) Aufnahmemittel (19) zum Halten und Führen des elektrischen Leiters (10) aufweist, die ausgebildet und eingerichtet sind, beim Bewegen des Stempelelements (18) relativ zu dem Gegenlageelement (17) aus einer Anlegeposition in eine Klemmposition den elektrischen Leiter (10) in die Leiterklemmschlitze (13) einzuführen, wobei das Gegenlageelement (17) mindestens einen Stützbereich (20) aufweist, der eingerichtet ist, mit mindestens einer dem Leiterklemmschlitz (13) abgewandten Anlagefläche (21) mindestens einer der Kontaktelemente (12) in der Anlegeposition in Anlage zu kommen. Des Weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Schneideklemme zum Anschließen des elektrischen Leiters mittels des genannten Werkzeugs.
