Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material, and a metal ion battery. The method comprises the following steps: preparing germanium/graphene nanofibers by using an electrostatic spinning method; preparing titanium dioxide on the germanium/graphene by using an atomic layer deposition method; and carrying out follow-up processing on the obtained germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material. The inner core nanofibers of the germanium/graphene are covered by a titanium dioxide thin film, and according to the integrity of the structure is ensured; the graphene and titanium dioxide can provide dual protection for germanium nanofibers, thereby preventing the germanium from being damaged due to the volume expansion during charging and discharging processes. The prepared nanocomposite material has outstanding electrochemical performance, a high capacity, outstanding cycling stability and good rate performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau composite de nanofibres de germanium/graphène/dioxyde de titane, et une batterie à ions métalliques. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : préparer des nanofibres de germanium/graphène au moyen d'un procédé de filage électrostatique; former une couche de dioxyde de titane sur le germanium/graphène au moyen d'un procédé de dépôt de couches atomiques; et mettre en oeuvre un traitement de suivi sur le matériau composite de nanofibres de germanium/graphène/dioxyde de titane obtenu. Les nanofibres du coeur interne du germanium/graphène sont recouvertes d'un film mince de dioxyde de titane, qui permet d'assurer l'intégrité de la structure; le graphène et le dioxyde de titane peuvent conférer une double protection aux nanofibres de germanium, et prévenir ainsi un endommagement du germanium dû à l'expansion de volume pendant les processus de charge et de décharge. Le matériau nanocomposite préparé présente une performance électrochimique remarquable, une capacité élevée, une stabilité de cycle remarquable et une bonne performance de régime.
(ZH) 一种锗/石墨烯/二氧化钛纳米纤维复合材料制备方法及金属离子电池,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:采用静电纺丝法制备锗/石墨烯纳米纤维;在锗/石墨烯上采用原子层沉积法制备二氧化钛;对制得的锗/石墨烯/二氧化钛纳米纤维复合材料进行后续处理。其中的二氧化钛薄膜覆盖住锗/石墨烯内核纳米纤维,确保了结构的完整性;石墨烯和二氧化钛可以双重保护锗纳米纤维,从而避免锗在充放电过程中因体积膨胀造成损坏。所制备的纳米复合材料具有优异电化学性能、高容量、优异循环稳定性和良好倍率性能。
