Abstract:
(EN) The present invention belongs to the field of compositions of polymer compounds. A light-emitting plastic, comprising: in weight percentage, 23%-27% of light-emitting masterbatch, 2-5% of a flexible plasticizer, and the rest being resin, which are uniformly mixed and injection molded so as to form the present light-emitting plastic. The light-emitting masterbatch is made of, on the basis of a total weight of the light-emitting masterbatch, 66% of a light emitting material, 33.5% of a homogeneous resin, and 0.5% of a diffusion aid; the light-emitting masterbatch is formed by means of mixing and by using an extruding machine. The foregoing method can be used to produce plastic resins of various materials, so as to meet the production and manufacturing requirements of various light-emitting parts. The obtained light-emitting plastic can maintain the light-emitting function and appearance integrity thereof for many years.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine des compositions de composés polymères. L'invention porte sur un plastique électroluminescent, comprenant : en pourcentage en poids, 23 %-27 % d'un mélange maître électroluminescent, 2-5 % d'un plastifiant souple et le reste étant de la résine, qui sont uniformément mélangés et moulés par injection de manière à former le plastique électroluminescent selon l'invention. Le mélange maître électroluminescent est constitué, sur la base du poids total du mélange maître électroluminescent, par 66 % d'un matériau électroluminescent, par 33,5 % d'une résine homogène et par 0,5 % d'un auxiliaire de diffusion ; le mélange maître électroluminescent est formé par mélange et à l'aide d'une machine d'extrusion. Le procédé ci-dessus peut être utilisé pour produire des résines plastiques de divers matériaux, de manière à satisfaire aux exigences de production et de fabrication de différentes pièces électroluminescentes. Le plastique électroluminescent obtenu peut conserver la fonction électroluminescente et l'intégrité de l'aspect correspondantes pendant de nombreuses années.
(ZH) 一种发光塑料,属于高分子化合物的组合物领域,该发光塑料包括重量百分比23%-27%的发光母粒、2-5%的柔韧增塑剂、以及剩余部分的树脂通过均匀混合注塑成型而成,其中,发光母粒由占发光母粒总重量66%的发光材料、33.5%同质树脂和0.5%的扩散助剂通过混合经挤出机制成。上述制备方法能用于不同材质的塑料树脂的生产,满足不同发光零件的生产制造,制备得到的发光塑料能持续多年保持发光功能和外观完整度。
