Abstract:
(EN) In one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an adhesive precursor, comprising a first part (A) comprising: a first epoxy curing agent comprising at least one polyether amine and having an amine equivalent weight of at least 55 grams per mole of amine equivalents; a second epoxy curing agent distinct from the first epoxy curing agent or a secondary curative; a metal salt catalyst; and optionally, a toughening agent; a second part (B) comprising: a first epoxy resin; a second epoxy-based resin distinct from the first epoxy resin; at least one phosphorous-based first flame retardant; a core-shell polymer toughening agent; optionally an epoxy-based reactive diluent; and optionally, a filler material; wherein the total amount of the flame retardant system is lower than 25 wt.-% of the total curable adhesive precursor.
(FR) Dans l'un de ses aspects, la présente invention concerne un précurseur d'adhésif comportant une première partie (A) comprenant : un premier agent de durcissement d'époxyde comportant au moins une amine de polyéther et ayant un poids équivalent d'amine d'au moins 55 grammes par mole d'équivalents d'amine ; un second agent de durcissement époxyde, distinct du premier agent de durcissement d'époxyde, ou un agent de durcissement secondaire ; un catalyseur de sel métallique; et éventuellement, un agent de renforcement ; une seconde partie (B) comprenant : une première résine époxyde ; une seconde résine à base époxyde, distincte de la première résine époxyde ; au moins un premier retardateur de flamme à base de phosphore ; un agent de renforcement de polymère à noyau-enveloppe ; éventuellement, un diluant réactif à base d'époxyde ; et éventuellement, un matériau de charge ; la quantité totale du système retardateur de flamme étant inférieure à 25 % en poids du précurseur d'adhésif durcissable total.
