Abstract:
(EN) A vacuum insulated refrigerator structure with a vacuum core material filled in around an elongated umbilical. The vacuum insulated refrigerator structure is made of a shell having a liner and a wrapper wherein the shell forms an internal cavity. A gas permeable casing surrounds the entire length of the elongated umbilical passing through the internal cavity of the shell. A vacuum tube is inserted at a first opening between the gas permeable casing and the elongated umbilical and a second end of the elongated umbilical is coupled to the shell at a second opening in the liner. A vacuum is formed in the internal cavity of the shell through the vacuum tube while adding the vacuum core material fill. In the shell, an elongated umbilical has one or more elongated internal passageways wherein the one or more utility lines may be routed through the one or more elongated internal passageways.
(FR) Structure de réfrigérateur à isolation sous vide comprenant un matériau central sous vide rempli autour d'une liaison ombilicale allongée. La structure de réfrigérateur à isolation sous vide est constituée d'une enveloppe ayant un revêtement et un emballage, l'enveloppe formant une cavité interne. Un étui perméable au gaz entoure toute la longueur de la liaison ombilicale allongée passant à travers la cavité interne de l'enveloppe. Un tube à vide est inséré au niveau d'une première ouverture entre l'étui perméable aux gaz et la liaison ombilicale allongée et une seconde extrémité de la liaison ombilicale allongée est couplée à l'enveloppe au niveau d'une seconde ouverture dans le revêtement. Un vide est formé dans la cavité interne de l'enveloppe à travers le tube à vide pendant l'ajout du matériau central de remplissage sous vide. Dans l'enveloppe, la liaison ombilicale allongée possède un ou plusieurs passages internes allongés, une ou les lignes d'alimentation pouvant être guidées à travers un ou les passages internes allongés.
