Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a heating jacket for outdoor piping, which, in the provision of a fluid, in a liquid or gas state, to be used as an adjuvant or raw material in industrial production, maintains the temperature of a pipe at a pre-set level, in response to temperature changes during winter weather, in order that the fluid can be smoothly supplied via the pipe, serving as a passageway. The characteristic structure of the present invention comprises unit modules each comprising: cases which cover the outer circumference of a pipe and which are installed by the lengthwise direction sides thereof being mutually joined by clamps; a heat insulating material installed so as to cover the inner surface of the cases; a hot wire installed inside the heat insulating material; a temperature sensor installed inside the heat insulating material; and a control unit installed in the case in order to control the hot wire in response to the reception of a control signal comprising a signal from the temperature sensor. A plurality of one or more of the module units, having a pre-set width, are included, and the module units are electrically or mechanically connected such that the width direction thereof corresponds with the length of the pipe.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une gaine chauffante pour une tuyauterie extérieure, qui, en la présence d'un fluide, à l'état liquide ou gazeux, destiné à être utilisé comme adjuvant ou matière première dans la production industrielle, maintient la température d'un tuyau à un niveau prédéterminé, en réponse à des changements de température dans des conditions météorologiques hivernales, de sorte à ce que que le fluide puisse être alimenté en douceur par l'intermédiaire du tuyau, servant de passage. La structure caractéristique de la présente invention comprend des modules unitaires dont chacun comprend : des boîtiers qui recouvrent la circonférence extérieure d'un tuyau et qui sont installés par les côtés de la direction longitudinale de celui-ci mutuellement reliés par des pinces ; un matériau d'isolation thermique installé de manière à recouvrir la surface interne des boîtiers ; un fil chauffant installé à l'intérieur du matériau d'isolation thermique ; un capteur de température installé à l'intérieur du matériau d'isolation thermique ; et une unité de commande installée dans le boîtier afin de commander le fil chauffant en réponse à la réception d'un signal de commande comprenant un signal provenant du capteur de température. Une pluralité d'une ou de plusieurs des unités de module, ayant une largeur prédéterminée, sont incluses, et les unités de module sont connectées électriquement ou mécaniquement de telle sorte que leur sens de la largeur corresponde à la longueur du tuyau.
(KO) 본 발명은 산업 생산 중 원료 또는 보조제 등으로 사용되는 액체 또는 기체 상태의 유체를 공급함에 있어, 동절기의 온도 변화에 대응하여 통로인 배관을 통해 유체가 원활하게 공급될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 배관의 온도를 이미 설정한 수준에 있도록 하는 옥외 배관용 히팅재킷에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 특징적인 구성은, 배관의 외측 둘레를 감싸는 길이 방향 양단이 상호 클램프에 의해 결합하여 설치가 이루어지는 케이스와; 상기 케이스 내면을 덮도록 설치가 이루어지는 단열재와; 상기 단열재 내에 설치한 열선과; 상기 단열재 내에 설치한 온도센서와; 상기 케이스에 설치하여 상기 온도센서의 신호를 포함한 제어신호의 수신에 따라 상기 열선을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한 단위 모듈을 이루고, 상기 단위 모듈은 폭 사이즈가 이미 설정한 하나 이상인 복수로 이루어지고, 상기 단위 모듈들은 폭 방향이 배관의 길이에 대응하여 상호 간에 전기적· 기계적으로 연결하는 것으로 이루어진다.
