(EN)The present invention relates to a vehicular power transfer device comprising: a flywheel damper coupled to the engine; a connector fastened to the flywheel damper; and a double clutch spline-fastened to the connector so as to transfer power from the engine to the transmission, wherein the connector comprises a connector body fastened to the flywheel damper; a spring contained in a spring containing portion formed on the connector body, one side end of the spring being supported on a spring support pin provided on the connector body; a cover fastened to the connector body so as to rotate by a predetermined angle, supported on the other side end of the spring, and elastically forced against the double clutch so as to absorb backlash; and a pair of spring stoppers inserted/fastened into both end portions of the spring so as to increase the area of contact of both end portions of the spring. The above configuration is advantageous in that the spring can be retained stably and therefore is prevented from being released, thereby reducing the defective ratio during the assembly process, and accumulation of defective stock is reduced, thereby reducing the cost.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transfert de puissance de véhicule comprenant : un amortisseur de volant couplé au moteur ; un connecteur fixé à l'amortisseur de volant ; et un embrayage double fixé par cannelure au connecteur de manière à transférer de l'énergie du moteur à la transmission, le connecteur comprenant un corps de connecteur fixé à l'amortisseur de volant ; un ressort contenu dans une partie contenant un ressort formée sur le corps de connecteur, une extrémité latérale du ressort étant supportée sur une broche de support de ressort disposée sur le corps de connecteur ; un couvercle fixé au corps de connecteur de manière à tourner d'un angle prédéfini, supporté sur l'autre extrémité latérale du ressort, et contraint élastiquement contre l'embrayage double de manière à absorber le jeu ; et une paire de butées de ressort insérées/fixées dans les deux parties d'extrémité du ressort de manière à augmenter la zone de contact des deux parties d'extrémité du ressort. La configuration ci-dessus est avantageuse en ce que le ressort peut être retenu de manière stable et en ce que sa libération est par conséquent empêchée, ce qui permet de réduire le rapport de défauts pendant le processus d'assemblage, et l'accumulation de stock défectueux est réduite, ce qui permet de réduire le coût.
