Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a coating method with a multi-step thermal treatment for a vehicle spring, the purpose being to provide a coating method with a multi-step thermal treatment for a vehicle spring allowing enhancements in productivity and quality of the coating by improving the thermal treatment of the spring carried out to powder-coat the vehicle spring. To that end, the present invention provides a coating method with a multi-step thermal treatment for a vehicle spring comprising the steps of: (S10) preheating the spring so that the surface temperature thereof reaches 100-160 °C; (S20) forming a coated layer of powder coating material on the spring surface by spraying the powder coating material on the spring which is in the preheated state from the S10 step; and (S30) hardening the powder coating material by heating the spring on the surface of which a coated layer of powder coating material has formed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de revêtement à traitement thermique en plusieurs étapes pour un ressort de véhicule, le but étant de fournir un procédé de revêtement à traitement thermique en plusieurs étapes pour un ressort de véhicule qui permette d'améliorer la productivité et la qualité du revêtement en améliorant le traitement thermique du ressort exécuté pour recouvrir de poudre le ressort de véhicule. Pour atteindre ce but, la présente invention concerne un procédé de revêtement à traitement thermique en plusieurs étapes pour un ressort de véhicule comprenant les étapes suivantes : (S10) le préchauffage du ressort de sorte que sa température de surface atteigne 100 à 160 °C ; (S20) la formation d'une couche revêtue d'un matériau de revêtement en poudre sur la surface de ressort par pulvérisation du matériau de revêtement en poudre sur le ressort qui est à l'état préchauffé suite à l'étape (S10) ; (S30) le durcissement du matériau de revêtement en poudre par chauffage du ressort sur la surface duquel une couche appliquée de matériau de revêtement en poudre a été formée.
(KO) 본 발명은 차량용 스프링 다단 열처리 도장방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 차량용 스프링의 분체도장을 위하여 이루어지는 스프링의 열처리 공정을 개선하여 생산성 및 도장품질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 차량용 스프링의 다단 열처리 도장방법을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 스프링의 표면온도가 100℃ 이상 160℃ 이하에 이르도록 스프링을 예열하는 단계(S10); 상기 S10 단계를 통해 스프링이 예열된 상태에서 분체도료를 스프링으로 분사하여 스프링의 표면에 분체도료로 이루어진 도막을 형성하는 단계(S20); 및 분체도료로 이루어진 도막이 표면에 형성된 스프링을 가열하여 분체도료를 경화시키는 단계(S30);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스프링의 다단 열처리 도장방법을 제공한다.
