Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an insert drill comprising: a drill body having an insertion hole formed at the center of the front end thereof, having insert seating portions symmetrically formed on both sides of the insertion hole, and having a first flute formed helically in the longitudinal direction so as to extend from the upper end portion downward along the outer peripheral surface; a center drill insert, the lower end portion of which is inserted into the insertion hole, the center drill insert being formed so as to protrude toward the front end of the drill body, having web blades symmetrically formed on both sides thereof such that the front end portion of the web blades slopes from the center portion toward the lower part of the outside in a circular shape, and the center drill insert having insertion grooves symmetrically formed on both sides of the outer surface thereof, such that the same is incised in an incline of a predetermined length from the upper portion toward the inner center; and first and second cutting inserts having hexahedron shaped cutting blades formed on the four surfaces of the front-surface edges thereof, the first and second cutting inserts being symmetrically formed on both sides of the center drill insert, one side surface of the first and second cutting inserts being forced against the insertion grooves while the front surface thereof stands upright in a direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the drill body, and the bottom surface of the first and second cutting inserts adjacent to the one side surface being seated on the insert seating portions, wherein the web blades of the center drill insert and the cutting blades of the first and second cutting inserts are coupled to the drill body so as to be continuous as a whole, thus, during operation, center position selection is easy and the speed of the cutting process is improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un foret à insert comprenant : un corps de foret comprenant un trou d'insertion formé au niveau du centre de l'extrémité avant de ce dernier, comprenant des parties de support d'insert formées symétriquement sur les deux côtés du trou d'insertion, et comprenant une première cannelure formée de manière hélicoïdale dans la direction longitudinale de manière à s'étendre à partir de la partie d'extrémité supérieure vers le bas le long de la surface périphérique externe ; un insert de foret central, dont la partie d'extrémité inférieure est insérée dans le trou d'insertion, l'insert de foret central étant formé de manière à faire saillie en direction de l'extrémité avant du corps de foret, comprenant des lames de voile formées symétriquement sur les deux côtés de cette dernière de sorte que la partie d'extrémité avant des lames de voile s'incline à partir de la partie centrale en direction de la partie inférieure de l'extérieur sous une forme circulaire, et l'insert de foret central comprenant des rainures d'insertion formées symétriquement sur les deux côtés de la surface externe de ce dernier, de sorte que celle-ci soit incisée dans une inclinaison d'une longueur prédéterminée à partir de la partie supérieure en direction du centre interne ; et des premier et second inserts de coupe comprenant des lames de coupe en forme d'hexaèdre formées sur les quatre surfaces des bords de surface avant de ces derniers, les premier et second inserts de coupe étant formés symétriquement sur les deux côtés de l'insert de foret central, une surface latérale des premier et second inserts de coupe étant forcée contre les rainures d'insertion tandis que la surface avant associée se dresse verticalement dans une direction correspondant à la direction longitudinale du corps de foret, et la surface inférieure des premier et second inserts de coupe adjacents à une surface latérale étant supportée sur les parties de support d'insert, les lames de bande de l'insert de foret central et les lames de coupe des premier et second inserts de coupe étant accouplées au corps de foret de manière à être continues dans l'ensemble, ainsi, pendant le fonctionnement, une sélection de position centrale est facile et la vitesse du processus de coupe est améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 인서트 드릴에 관한 것으로서, 선단 중앙에 삽입공이 형성되고, 상기 삽입공의 양측으로 대칭되도록 인서트 안착부가 형성되되, 상단부에서 하방으로 외주면을 따라 길이방향으로 나선형의 제1플루트가 형성되는 드릴몸체와, 하단부가 상기 삽입공에 삽입되고, 상기 드릴몸체의 선단으로 돌출형성되되, 선단부가 원형으로 중심점에서 외측 하방으로 경사지게 웨브날이 양측으로 대칭되도록 형성되며, 외측면에는 상부에서 내측 중앙으로 경사지게 일정길이로 절개되는 삽입홈이 양측에 대칭되도록 형성되는 센터드릴 인서트와, 육면체 형상으로 전면 모서리의 사면에 절삭날이 형성되며, 상기 센터드릴 인서트의 양측에 대칭되도록 설치되되, 전면이 상기 드릴몸체의 길이방향과 대응되는 방향으로 직립된 상태로 일측면이 상기 삽입홈에 밀착되고, 일측면과 인접되는 바닥면이 상기 인서트 안착부에 안착되는 제1, 제2 절삭 인서트를 포함하고, 상기 센터드릴 인서트의 웨브날과 상기 제1, 제2 절삭 인서트의 절삭날이 전체적으로 연속되도록 상기 드릴몸체에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이를 통해 작업 시 센터위치 선정이 용이하고, 절삭가공속도를 향상시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
