Title: MAGNETIC NANO-OSCILLATION ELEMENT
Abstract:
A nano-oscillation element according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first fixed magnetic layer; a second fixed magnetic layer arranged on the first fixed magnetic layer; a free magnetic layer interposed between the first fixed magnetic layer and the second fixed magnetic layer; a first non-magnetic layer interposed between the first fixed magnetic layer and the free magnetic layer; and a second non-magnetic layer interposed between the free magnetic layer and the second fixed magnetic layer. The first fixed magnetic layer has a fixed magnetization direction and is a thin film made of a material to be magnetized in the direction perpendicular to a film surface thereof. The free magnetic layer has a cone state aligned in the direction for maintaining a specific angle with respect to the direction perpendicular to a surface thereof. The second fixed magnetic layer has a fixed magnetization direction and is made of a material to be magnetized in the direction parallel to the film surface thereof.
