(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing heterogeneous composite materials by using discharge plasma and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing heterogeneous composite materials exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and strength and having superior mechanical properties and electrical properties. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method for: forming a bonding part including stainless steel powder, carbon steel powder, or mixed powder thereof without directly bonding stainless steel, carbon steel, and heterogeneous molded bodies; and forming a solid bonding interface by bonding and sintering the bonding part by using discharge plasma under specific conditions.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de matériaux composites hétérogènes à l'aide d'un plasma de décharge et plus spécifiquement, un procédé de fabrication de matériaux composites hétérogènes présentant une résistance à la corrosion et une résistance mécanique excellentes et ayant des propriétés mécaniques et des propriétés électriques supérieures. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un procédé comprenant : la formation d'une pièce de liaison comprenant de la poudre d'acier inoxydable, de la poudre d'acier au carbone ou une poudre mixte de ceux-ci sans liaison directe de l'acier inoxydable, de l'acier au carbone, et des corps moulés hétérogènes; et la formation d'une interface de liaison solide par liaison et frittage de la partie de liaison à l'aide d'un plasma de décharge dans des conditions spécifiques.
(KO)본 발명은 방전 플라즈마를 이용한 이종복합소재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 우수한 내식성 및 강도를 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 기계적 특성과 전기적 특성이 우수한 이종복합소재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 스테인레스강과 탄소강, 이종의 성형체가 직접적으로 접합되어 있지 않고, 스테인레스강 분말, 탄소강 분말 또는 이들의 혼합 분말을 포함하는 접합부를 형성하고, 특정 조건에서 방전 플라즈마를 이용하여 접합소결시킴으로써 견고한 접합 계면을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
