(EN)The present invention relates to a method for monitoring a hydraulic hammer, and a system performing same. A monitoring system, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises a hammer and a monitoring device. The hammer comprises: a piston for striking a chisel for crushing an object to be struck; a main body comprising a cylinder accommodating the piston; a striking condition detection sensor provided on one point of the main body and detecting the properties occurring upon the stroke; and a controller for controlling the stroke distance of the piston by means of the detection result of the sensor. The monitoring device comprises: an output unit for outputting information; a communication module for performing data transmission and reception with the controller; and a main control unit for calculating the number of strokes per hour and the accumulated number of strokes on the basis of the detection result of the sensor from the controller via the communication module.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de surveillance d'un marteau-batteur hydraulique et un système mettant en œuvre ledit marteau-batteur hydraulique. Un système de surveillance, selon un aspect de la présente invention, comprend un marteau et un dispositif de surveillance. Le marteau comprend : un piston permettant de frapper un burin permettant de broyer un objet à frapper; un corps principal comprenant un cylindre recevant le piston; un capteur de détection de condition de frappe disposé sur un point du corps principal et détectant les propriétés se produisant lors de la frappe; et un dispositif de commande permettant de commander la distance de course du piston au moyen du résultat de détection du capteur. Le dispositif de surveillance comprend : une unité de sortie permettant de délivrer des informations; un module de communication permettant d'effectuer une transmission et une réception de données avec l'unité de commande; et une unité de commande principale permettant de calculer le nombre de frappes par heure et le nombre cumulé de frappes sur la base du résultat de détection du capteur à partir du dispositif de commande par l'intermédiaire du module de communication.
