(EN)A continuous casting abnormality prediction device is disclosed. The continuous casting abnormality prediction device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a temperature sensing unit having a plurality of thermocouples arranged at intervals in a mold receiving molten steel inside a tundish through a submerged entry nozzle; and a control unit for determining submerged entry nozzle damage and/or a slab defect, which includes at least one of mold slag mixing, a slab surface longitudinal crack, and a slab surface transverse crack, by using temperature values sensed from the plurality of thermocouples while a continuous cast process is performed.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif de prédiction d'anomalie de coulée continue. Le dispositif de prédiction d'anomalie de coulée continue selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité de détection de température ayant une pluralité de thermocouples disposés à intervalles dans un moule recevant de l'acier fondu à l'intérieur d'un panier de coulée par l'intermédiaire d'une buse d'entrée immergée ; et une unité de commande pour déterminer un endommagement de la buse d'entrée immergée et/ou un défaut d’ébauche, qui comprend un mélange de laitier de moule, et/ou une fissure longitudinale à la surface de l’ébauche, et/ou une fissure transversale à la surface de l’ébauche, au moyen des valeurs de température détectées à partir de la pluralité de thermocouples tandis qu'un processus de coulée continue est effectué.
