Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a system for lifting upper electrode part of a horizontal transfer type electroosmotic dehydrator, comprising: a coil spring having an upper end coupled to the frame of the horizontal transfer type electroosmotic dehydrator and a lower end coupled to the upper electrode part of the horizontal transfer type electroosmotic dehydrator; a pneumatic cylinder, mounted in the frame, for lowering the upper electrode part towards a sludge placed on the dehydration area of the horizontal transfer type electroosmotic dehydrator; a pneumatic regulator for regulating the pressure of air supplied to the pneumatic cylinder; and a controller for controlling the pneumatic regulator such that the pressure of the air supplied to the pneumatic cylinder is maintained at a preset standard pressure during a dehydration time for dehydrating the sludge.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un système pour lever une partie d'électrode supérieure d'un déshydrateur électro-osmotique de type à transfert horizontal, comprenant: un ressort hélicoïdal ayant une extrémité supérieure couplée au châssis du déshydrateur électro-osmotique du type à transfert horizontal et une extrémité inférieure couplée à la partie d'électrode supérieure du déshydrateur électro-osmotique du type à transfert horizontal; un vérin pneumatique monté dans le châssis, pour abaisser la partie d'électrode supérieure vers une boue placée sur la zone de déshydratation du déshydrateur électro-osmotique du type à transfert horizontal; un régulateur pneumatique pour réguler la pression de l'air fourni au vérin pneumatique; et un contrôleur pour commander le régulateur pneumatique de telle sorte que la pression de l'air fourni au vérin pneumatique soit maintenue à une pression standard prédéterminée pendant un temps de déshydratation pour déshydrater la boue.
(KO) 본 발명은, 수평이송형 전기침투 탈수기의 프레임과 결합한 상단 및 상기 수평이송형 전기침투 탈수기의 상전극부와 결합한 하단을 갖는 코일 스프링; 상기 수평이송형 전기침투 탈수기의 탈수영역에 놓인 슬러지 쪽으로 상기 상전극부를 하강시키기 위해 상기 프레임에 설치된 공압 실린더; 상기 공압 실린더로 공급되는 공기의 압력을 조절하는 공압 조절기; 및 상기 공압 실린더로 공급되는 공기의 압력이 상기 슬러지의 탈수가 이루어지는 탈수시간 동안 미리 설정된 기준 압력으로 유지되도록 상기 공압 조절기를 제어하는 제어기;를 포함하는 수평이송형 전기침투 탈수기의 상전극부 승강 시스템을 제공한다.
