(EN) The present invention relates to a spherical movable device and a gesture recognition method thereof. The disclosed spherical movable device has a drive body and a sphere formed so as to be loosely coupled with each other so that a contact region where the drive body made contact with the sphere may not make contact depending on a movement, or a non-contact region where the drive body and the sphere did not make contact may make contact depending on a movement. Thus, since gestures of the spherical movable device may be recognized on the basis of abundant and reliable movement status information, various gestures may be recognized with high accuracy.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif mobile sphérique et son procédé de reconnaissance de gestes. Le dispositif mobile sphérique décrit comporte un corps d'entraînement et une sphère formés de manière à être couplés de manière lâche l'un à l'autre de sorte qu'une région de contact où le corps d'entraînement en contact avec la sphère ne peut pas établir un contact en fonction d'un mouvement, ou une région sans contact où le corps d'entraînement et la sphère n'ont pas fait de contact peuvent établir un contact en fonction d'un mouvement.
