Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a ceramic green sheet that has excellent adhesion during pressure bonding and is unlikely to undergo delamination, and to provide a ceramic green sheet such that a coated sheet obtained by coating said ceramic green sheet with a conductive paste of choice exhibits excellent adhesion during pressure bonding and is unlikely to undergo delamination. [Solution] A ceramic green sheet in which, when conducting secondary ion analysis on at least one surface of the ceramic green sheet using a time-of-flight secondary ion analysis device, the ratio (Ba+ ion intensity)/(Ti+ ion intensity) of the detected Ba+ ion intensity to the detected Ti+ ion intensity satisfies 20<(Ba+ ion intensity)/(Ti+ ion intensity)<1000.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une feuille de céramique crue qui présente une excellente adhérence pendant une liaison par pression et qui est peu susceptible de subir une délamination, et de fournir une feuille de céramique crue telle qu'une feuille revêtue obtenue par revêtement de ladite feuille de céramique crue au moyen d’une pâte conductrice de choix présentant une excellente adhérence pendant une liaison par pression et étant peu susceptible de subir une délamination. La solution de la présente invention porte sur une feuille de céramique crue dans laquelle, lors de l'exécution d'une analyse d'ions secondaires sur au moins une surface de la feuille de céramique crue à l'aide d'un dispositif d'analyse d'ions secondaires de durée de propagation, le rapport (intensité d'ions Ba+)/(intensité d'ions Ti+) entre l'intensité d'ions Ba+ détectée et l'intensité d'ions Ti+ détectée satisfait 20 <(intensité d'ions Ba+)/(intensité d'ions Ti+) < 1 000.
