Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a novel Ni-Cr-Fe-based casting alloy suitable for use in manufacturing a component for contacting molten glass, such as a centrifugal spinner for forming fibers of a molten glass by a rotary fiber forming process, for example. This Ni-Cr-Fe-based casting alloy is suitable for use in manufacturing a component for contacting molten glass, and is characterized by containing, in terms of mass percent, 15-30% Cr, 15-30% Fe, 2.5-5.0% Co, 3.0-6.0% W, 0.0-2.0% Ti, 0.5-2.5% Nb, 0.5-2.0% Mo, and 0.5-1.2% C, the remainder comprising nickel and unavoidable impurities.
(FR) L'invention concerne un nouvel alliage de coulée à base de Ni-Cr-Fe approprié pour être utilisé dans la fabrication d'un composant pour la mise en contact de verre fondu, tel qu'une tête de centrifugeuse pour former des fibres d'un verre fondu par un procédé de formation de fibres rotatif, par exemple. Cet alliage de coulée à base de Ni-Cr-Fe est approprié pour être utilisé dans la fabrication d'un composant pour la mise en contact de verre fondu, et est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient, en termes de pourcentage en masse, 15 à 30 % de Cr, 15 à 30 % de Fe, 2,5 à 5,0 % de Co, 3,0 à 6,0 % de W, 0,0 à 2,0 % de Ti, 0,5 à 2,5 % de Nb, 0,5 à 2,0 % de Mo, et 0,5 à 1,2 % de C, le reste comprenant du nickel et des impuretés inévitables.
